We cannot provide individualized pricing or planning advice. The fastest answer for any specific funeral home's pricing is to request the General Price List (GPL) directly from that home. Federal law (16 CFR § 453.2) requires every U.S. funeral home to provide it on request, free of charge, in person or by phone.

Corrections to a specific home's pricing
We welcome corrections from funeral homes and from families who have requested an up-to-date GPL from a home and noticed a discrepancy with what we have published. To make the correction process fast and accurate, please include:
- The URL of the home's Cheap Funeral page (e.g.,
/h/example-home-city-st-12345). - The specific dollar amount you believe is incorrect, quoted from our page.
- The correct dollar amount with a source — the home's published GPL, the home's website, or an email/phone-quoted GPL with the date received.
- Your name and contact email if you would like a response.
Funeral homes — listing requests, updates, and removals
Cheap Funeral does not charge funeral homes to appear in our directory. Listings are generated automatically from public records and published GPL data. To request a listing addition, update, or removal, include:
- Home name, address, phone, website.
- Current GPL (PDF or web link) if requesting price update.
- License number and state (for verification).
- The specific change requested.
Updates are reflected within one enrichment cycle (typically one week). Removals are processed promptly on verified request from a home owner or licensed operator.
